At the request of Maharashtra Economic Development Council (MEDC), Industry Education Partnership Cell, a four day faculty training Program was organized by Crompton Graves from 22nd August to 25th August 2005. This program was highly appreciated by all the faculties. Particularly for its right blend of interactive lectures and field visits.

The objective of the program was to equip the faculty members with practical knowledge by visiting manufacturing areas as well as understanding the latest technologies adopted by the industries. In turn, it is expected that they impart the knowledge with the students.

Accordingly, Crompton Greaves had organized training program in two batches for 26 senior lecturers in the month of June and August 2005 respectively. The training program contained theoretical inputs as well as inputs of manufacturing processes by taking faculties to the shop floor visits.

During the feedback sessions held with senior managers, faculty members expressed satisfaction and gratitude to Crompton Greaves for extending their support in organizing such a wonderful training program.
